GTA IV Trailer - Blu-ray Forum

yes, after a long wait and not a single piece of info from rockstars tightly sealed lips on this GTA, the trailer will most likely be watched by millions in 13 hours time from now and give us the first look at the next installment in the thus far great GTA franchise.

I can only drool for lavish 1080p and 60FPS support on this as well as a great storyline and cities to explore.

1080p, 60fps GTA4? - pigs may fly! We'll be lucky to get a consistent 720p30 from R*. Looking forward to the trailer though.

Nah, don't care much for it either (don't let my sig fool you, I bought the PS3 as BD player, but I love games (if I get the time) and I will get some eventually). I watched the kids play GTA VC on their PS2 and I just thought it's boring and...well... kind of stupid. But that's just my opinion, so if you're a fan, start bashing away, I can take it

I bought gta3, but i never owned vice city or san andreas. It was the first of its kind that made the "sandbox" style of play popular. The series is revolutionary in that respect. It made use of licensed music and radio personalities better than any game ive ever played.

I agree with Shu76 about preference in game types (i prefer action adventure myself), but theres no need to rain on anyones parade if they do care about this game.

I know ill be watching it.

I got grand theft auto 3 for PS2 around the time it came out and could never get out of the first city...it was almost too long.Never bothered with Vice City,San Andreas,but i'll check out GTA4 trailer though. While I like action adventure games, Final Fantasy is always my top priority...yes I would spend $599.00 on a console JUST to play a next gen Final Fantasy.

come on people!

am I the only one who loves coming home from work and running over pedestrians, shooting down police helicopters, and beating up hookers? what's wrong with you people. I just hope they make the characters look more realistic. with all the extra storage space of a BD it had better be amazing.

no, I'm a fan of GTA. The only games I owned on the PS2 was GtA3, Vice City, and San Andreas. All my other games were EA sport games, Tiger woods, NHL... when is bought my PS3, I sold my PS3 and all the EA sport games, but kept all the GTA games and to this date I still play them.

I don't think it will be 1080p unless they decide to spen extra time on the PS3 version over the 360 version which I doubt.

Yeah, team xbox has the trailer up. Download the quicktime one- it went at 600k for me. It's in Liberty City- not too much is shown but it looks promising. Also I believe it was confirmed this will be in 720p.
