AV Reciever Help - Blu-ray Forum

Hi, Im looking to buy a good AV reciever in the region of £400 - £800 mark and want to know what models are good...

i have been looking at the Sony STR-DA1200ES and the ONKYO TX-NR605 as are both around £400 and are supposed to be good... just wondering if there are any other models around that price that may perform better

Take a look at the listings at Crutchfield. They are all good receivers. You will be happy with Onkyo, Pioneer, Yamaha, Sony, Marantz, and Denon receivers.

I would recommend you add the Denon 2808 to your list of consideration. At the high end of your range but well worth it in my opinion.
