Official Synopsis: In a game-changing turnaround, Nikita (Maggie Q), Michael (West) and CIA analyst Ryan Fletcher (Bean) are heading Division, and have been tasked by the U.S. president to clean up after the previous regime. With punk hacker Seymour (Stanford) hardwired to the cause, Alex (Fonseca) in the fold, and Owen (Sawa) back from a Russian prison, the new team has all the tech, muscle and spy power they need to round up the Dirty Thirty, rogue assassins who remain at large around the globe. But Amanda (Clarke) has Division in her crosshairs, the Oval Office wants the job done yesterday, and the operation suffers devastating physical hits. Nikita must use every asset in her power to hold it together for the mission, her man, her future and her freedom.

The Complete Third Season is presented in 1080p with DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround, and features all 22 Season Three episodes spread across four BD-50 discs. Extras include:

I just hope this won't be the last. I really need a proper ending to this series.

I've finally bought Season 1 in the UK and still waiting for a price drop to import the Second Season from Amazon.

I'd be surprised if it was the last season. While the ratings are horrible here in the US, the show is quite popular elsewhere. As long as it keeps making Warner money outside the US, then it will likely continue.

It will get a fourth season because the show has a syndication deal for 80-something episodes and to reach that amount, it needs a season 4. Because of the low ratings the show gets, though, season 4 will most likely be the last, which saddens me because I like the show too.

Should we not combine this thread with the season 2 thread?

I'll be getting this day-one... it's become one of my very favorites--I wish more info was announced, but of course it's still pretty early.

Since a bunch of other show threads have been popping up on here lately (including ones with just one main show thread), I figured a separate thread for the third season wouldn't be an issue.

Yeah, there's nothing much yet, but figured I'd get this up now anyways. Also, you never know if The CW will start their season late again like they did this year, so predicting the release date right now is impossible.

I don't think I've seen that...I searched just now and only saw ones for previous seasons pop up.

Actually, I like those promo images with the full cast, from the previous seasons... I kind of wish we'd get something like that (well, not full cast...but the ones with like 5 cast members on it)...I'm sure you've seen 'em.

She looks like she should be on RuPaul's Drag Race....

That will most likely be the cover as WB uses whatever the promo pictures are.

Ahh, I mistakenly thought that promo image was from season 1. I only started watching in November-ish, so I'd seen that image on netflix and assumed it was old.

It is from season 1, they've started re-using old promos because they don't want to spend money on new photoshoots.

Yeah, the CW is poor as hell, I think only The Vampire Diaries gets a new photoshoot each season. Which really sucks but what can you do?

It'll happen to TVD soon, they started doing it with Supernatural after season 6.

I don't think they will. Season 2 wasn't a combo pack and Warner's TV combo packs were already in full swing, so I don't expect them to all of a sudden change things for Nikita. Shameless and Fringe have stayed consistent, so this should too.

It's odd that some shows are combo packs and some aren't. Makes little sense, but it's not like it bothers me. I hate the cases for the non-sitcom combo packs, even if only because they are so fragile.

I didn't know there was a separate thread for this season ... but that picture looks better than the one on Amazon so far. The Alex shot could use a better one. I'm sure they have better shots from their principal photography sessions. Hopefully we'll see a better one by the time it releases.

If you don't own Nikita S1 and S2 you can buy it at Walmart.com for $19.96 (blu-rays) or $16.96 (DVD). Get it before they jack up the high prices.
