LMAO @ Master Chief on the PS3. That would make UT3 worth buying for me. Just show my Halo-playing friends that you don't need a 360 to have Master Chief.

You can create custom Unreal III characters... and use them on the ps3? online?

No you are right, you can create all kind of stuff, maps, gametypes, mutators and characters.

You need the program "UnrealEditor" wich is included on the PC version, then you can create whatever you want, if you got skill, something like the above comes out

then just cook it to PS3 format and enjoy all your stuff on the PS3.

I knew about the maps but never really cared much about creating them.

I could see me spending hours creating a character though.

Hey everyone.

Um, well... i imported the character mod and can see it - but when i play im still a big beast thing.

I remember creating him, and obviously the character creation menu is where i need to be to select the character mod, but i cant find it.

Anybody know how to get into the character creation menu without completely deleting my file?

Plug in the flash drive/memory stick/removable disk. -> Drag the file onto the disk -> Stick it into the ps3 -> Put Unreal 3 in -> In the main menu, click "Community" -> Go to "My Content" -> Push Square to import it.

Hope that helps.

I managed to get Master Cheif in a level made of lego, but i had to delete my file in order to do it.

So still, if anybody has any idea how to change characters without deleting your entire gamesave, let me know.

Yup. Thats pretty much it. I would think it would be harder to do then that, but nope...

and yeah. Master cheif is in Lego land.

Its pretty cool... just, nobody's joining my game.

I tried out most of the Gears of War characters and i also played as Cloud from Final Fantasy 7 for quite a few games on the retail servers, works PERFECT! All you have to do is go to settings, create new player, and the characters are sprinkled in with the normal pre-created ones. I cannot wait to try out the Bender one. I wish the official midway/epic servers would allow the 3rd person mods tho, that really makes it a lot funner.
