I'm not sure if anyone has seen this article, but you should definitely check it out! I would love to see a Dredd sequel. The creators should start it up with kickstarter, I would definitely support them.

Yeah, but the thing about Kickstarter is that this film would need what $40 million or more? While the Veronica Mars and The Zach Braff film are more well not to much action packed and doesn't need a big budget.

I love Dredd, and I definitely feel that a sequel is warranted. There are so many directions they can take, with or without a high budget.

I figured this was a no-go because I heard the film was considered a flop, and they already sold off the costumes. Then again, they can always make more.

Well, if Atlas Shrugged could get a trilogy of bombs to its name, then I wouldn't rule out a Dredd sequel. Hell, 2000AD are going to publish one in comic form from what I've heard.

I'd like to see a Judge Death/Dark Judges story as a sequel, you could also bring Judge Anderson back for the second movie

I only see this happening if Urban agrees to take a pay cut, hire a good but cheap director, and they make a small budget DTV/VOD release for the sequel. If it's a big success for that kind of release, then Lionsgate will see that a 3rd film would be worth investing for theatrical release.

They will make a sequel, even if takes a decade. Plenty of shows and movies have been resurrected. But they're right, it all depends on the voice of the fans.

I really don't think they'd go Direct-to-DVD and then go theatrical with a third.

Anyway, they could try Kickstarter to raise some of the budget. Say 10 Million.

I'd love to see that happen for a MacGruber sequel .
