onkyo 605, can i hook an equalizer to it? and how? - Blu-ray Forum

i have an old school kenwood equalizer that has been collecting dust..is it possible to connect this to my 605? this might be a dumb question, but i dont know the answer..so here i am

any replies would be great

the equalizer has only has rca inputs for each source ( cd,tape,etc )

yes, but only if you have a stereo source and run it through the eq. so you would have a cd player - analog stereo out to eq in - eq out to receiver cd in. same goes for any other analog stereo sources you would hook in

you can not however hook everything in to the receiver then have the receiver send it out to the eq and back in to the receiver
