Eastwood stars as Frank Horrigan, a veteran Secret Service agent haunted by his failure to protect John F. Kennedy from assassination. Thirty years later, he gets a chance to redeem himself when a brilliant psychopath threatens to kill the current president and take Horrigan with him. Taunting him by phone and tantalizing him with clues, the assassin (John Malkovich) lures Horrigan into an electrifying battle of wits and will that only one man can survive.

Cool that was in the Sony first Batch DVD if i remember... Jumanji was release almost at the same time too.. i would like this movie on BLu-ray...

It's sony they won't do DTS HD. TrueHD is their modus operandus right now.

WTH are you talking about? TrueHD is lossless and Sony doesn't use DN. It also allows them to present soundtracks @20/24-bit instead of limiting them to 16-bit PCM. Having them PCM or DTS-HD MA isn't going to make it sound ANY BETTER, PERIOD.

Thank heavens for that. DTS-MA is one of the most troubled format launches I've ever seen. TrueHD is on the majority of stand alone players and PCs. It also has a late night mode so I can watch it whenever I want and not wake the neighbors...the gunfire in this film is POWERFUL.

At least true hd will decode on my bdp s1. I can't do dts hdma. You should not be able to tell the difference between the two.
