Default Using Audessey MultEQ XT for Onkyo 705

I have set up only the Fronts, Center and Rear Surround Speakers so 5.1 not 7.1 am going to use the other zone outside, I don't have the space to utilize a 7.1 setup. When I use my Audessey it finds the fronts, center skips the surround right and finds the surround back right It gives me a error message and I can not continue from there. How can I fix this?? I don't have speakers hooked up to the surrround jacks

Thanks in advance

In a 5.1 setup, you must use the side speakers as surrounds, not the rear speakers. Plug your surround speakers into the left and right surround (not left/ right rear) and run it again.
