Does any1 know if and when the PS3 will display a mini-icon for movies or cd's on the main menu? Something like how Windows Media does..

With the new feature of replaying from the last stopped part on a B-Ray or other disc, I find it abit confusing at times knowing if the PS3 is actually doing that or not. It's also confusing trying to get the disc to continue the replay once started up again. Any1 able to help clarify these features and their use for me? I am using the six-axis controller for my functions as of now (not sure if the remote control helps with these or not).

You can you press triangle on the Movie icon and then select play. This will resume the movie from where you left off.

Also hitting the Circle button to exit the movie works as well for Resume Playback.

A custom graphic and text title for a Blu-ray movie inserted is already possible but only some studios are doing it, and I don't know if it's with every new release. The Spiderman trilogy titles demonstrate the capability.

I don't know if a video thumbnail instead of a still can be used.

Windows Media Player fetches cover art for DVD, CD's etc from an online database which Sony could probably do with the PS3 as it already does for CD track names. I think they recently bought a company that specialises in this service in fact.
