Let's put it this way...there is a better chance of it coming to Blu-ray than not.

It should be out this year.

I look forward to Children of Men on BD then. Especially since I haven't seen it, yet. [walks_off_mumbling]someday, someday, etc[/walks_off_mumbling]

V, along w/ Batman and Matrix, will be out when the IME for BD is "ready for primetime" as HD-digest put it.

This is one of the titles I want most in HD, and a few times I've almost bought a HD-DVD player for it and Batman.

You can have Children of Men. I thought it was awful. V is a different story. I've seen the HD DVD version and it is terrific. Let's hope warner puts a lossless track on the Bd version.

I have read that the car chase long shot on Children of Men is very well done. Funny you should mention it.

Hi, I live in Germany and it will be released here on June 22nd 2007 so I guess it will be released in the US as well. Don't know which thoughts make the studios release which title all over the world at what time but as for Germany there are not much titles available yet, unfortunately.
If you want to take a look at the cover art check out the link below:

That means it this summer is going to prove the PS3 is the most expensive of the three gaming consoles by far...

...I'm gonna have to come up with money for at least 6 must have movies and two games over the course of 2 months!

Wow, that would mean, the U.S. version isn't far off hopefully. I also almost dropped $500 on an hddvd player simply for Batman begins and V for Vendetta but have decided to wait since warner said its coming anyway.

Children of men was a very depressing movie. Its a good quality movie but only worth watching once. I suppose thats why it didn't do to well in the box office. It made only around $35 million domestically.

Well of course I can't tell you for sure but I doubt that it will be released in Europe only. If you're interested you can check out the cover art at www anixehd tv

Just go to the HD Shop section an search for Vendetta...
