Default Best Vampire Movie

What is the best Vampire movie(s) of all time?

I had a hard time coming up with 10 options because there are so many. Noteable omissions are Near Dark, Vampire Hunter D, Salems Lot, Once Bitten, John Carpenter's Vampires, and 30 Days of Night.

For me, I had to choose between BS's Dracula and Underworld and in a tough call went with BS's Dracula.

Yeah, it's absolutely true. The trailer for its floating around the internet somewhere, but it is a straight to video; cameos with the two Coreys (unless Haim's prickishness made him run off-set again).

I fear for how it will affect my love of the first...

They are making a new Lost Boys, it's called Lost Boys 2: The Tribe. Comes out later this summer I think.

One of my favorites too.

The Blades are good.

I went with Bram Stoker's. They got the violent and romantic sides nailed down pretty well with that one. Well shot too.

My favorite would be "The Fearless Vampire Killers" but I also have a great fondness for the Hammer Dracula movies with Christopher Lee.

My brother has always liked the first From Dusk To Dawn movie, probably because of the nudity and the gore. Not sure if he's seen the other movies though.

I knew I missed some good ones...

Like I said, it's hard to limit yourself to 10 with so many good ones out there. I tried to mix popular with classic...vote on!

To be honest, I didn't even see the poll when I posted my original message

You struck a good balance with your choices though.
