A lot of great film noir box sets are only available in DVD. I highly recommend all five of WB's Film Noir Classics sets, as well as the four TCM/Columbia noir sets. The two "Bad Girls of Film Noir" sets are attractively priced for what they offer (Night Editor alone is worth the price of Vol. 2), and TCM's "Dark Crimes" set contains three great films.

The Pink Panther Film Collection. Only the original PP and the Steve Martin films are on Blu. This particular set includes all of the Edwards era titles EXCEPT Return (and also Inspector Clouseau) but it includes Curse & Son which were missing from the original DVD box set release.

I have the complete Knight Rider box set. It has an awesome Kitt light bar on the front. Push a button, it lights up and plays the theme song!

I have several other complete 80's TV series, but that is, hands down, the best box set!

North And South miniseries from 1985 - one of my favorite shows ever. I also have the Barney Miller complete series and Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman complete, both fantastic 1970s classic series that are unlikely to see a blu Ray release.
