Help with redeeming old Thor HD code - Blu-ray Forum

I have 3D blu-ray for the original Thor that requires a disc drive. My macbook pro does not have a disc drive. Is there any way I can redeem the code? Thank you!

Yes. In general, it is possible to create your own disk image or to try the universal dmg (which I've not tried) mentioned in the thread below yours: https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?t=236284

However for Thor, I've put a copy up (temporarily) on my server: http://moabon.com/thor.dmg.zip

You'll need to unzip, then open up the DMG. Don't do this if you don't trust me! But if you download the file, you'll see it's a tiny 7KB file - I'd be hard pressed to fit some malware in that even if I wanted to...

Let me know when you've used it as I'll take it down again.

What is the expiration date for your Digital Copy? Mine expired and have not tried to redeem, please let me know if the code still works after the expiration date.

Code already expired in 2012. But, finally, it still works. Thank you for your help and your time, minister_x. A few minutes after redemption, the HD version of the movie is available in my iTunes library; l believe this is due to my having connected my iTunes library to disney movie anywhere. So, having DMA connection before redemption is the way to go, I think.

How did you get HD? My Thor didn't upgrade to HD or show up in my DMA. Same thing for original Captain America. Do I need to do something special?

Strange...both of those titles showed up for me - did you try logging out and back into the DMA app and/or disconnecting and reconnecting with iTunes?

I haven't disconnected and reconnected. I'm afraid that it won't let me reconnect due to their restrictions about linking accounts. I guess if it's the same account it's not an issue. You think I should contact DMA customer support?

no, just disconnect and reconnect. that should trigger it. you can do that as many times as you want.
