I am definelty looking forward to picking this title up. This is my favorite Shyamalan movie, and reading the review makes me want to get this even more.

Fantastic and thrilling film. I had no concept about the movie when I saw it in the theater and it really was creepy and suspenseful. Of course, I can't bring that feeling back, but the movie does bear out repeated viewings. I'll be buying this one. Freddy

I hated this movie.

WHy in the hell did aliens want to take over this land if they were afraid of water which covered 90 percent of the damn planet? Theyre only weakness and yet its on 90 percent of the damn planet? Give me a break.

They mastered space travel and build ufo's and stuff, but don't know that earth is 90 percent water? they can see it from outerspace.

75% of the planet is water if you are going to thread crap and nit pick a movie because you dont like it you might want to have your facts straight.

Perhaps the reason why they came here was out of some necessity, and outweighed the risk of exposure to water.

Yes, reviews and reactions TO THE BLU-RAY. Which you obviously haven't/wont see so it's thread crapping.

And I also agree with what DetroitSportsFan said, they probably had a pretty good reason for being here. And not only that, they may not have known they were allergic to water. Like how people don't know they're allergic to bee's until they get stung.

Hmm...

I was always under the impression that the aliens came to Earth to harvest humans for food, not necessarily to occupy the planet.

Anyone watch that "Dangerous Catch" show? Extremely dangerous job, in a hazardous environment. If you go overboard in a storm, you can be swept away, drown, die of exposure, etc... yet we all like to eat King Crab. Well, at least I do...

Could be the same principle for the aliens in Signs. Anyhow, that's my probable explanation for why they'd come to an H2O abundant planet for those who need to nitpick about this issue.. until M. Night Shyamalan gives us a better explanation.

like i said... how the hell would they know what water was if they didn't have it on their planet? Think about when we discovered fire.

"OH! RED! HEAT! OW! TO MUCH HEAT! I"M DEAD! BLECK."

They litterally said "Bleck" before dying. I know, I was there!

Anywho, is anyone else concerned about audio pops on this film? Unbreakable was riddled with them and disney still isn't responding to anyone's complaints on the matter.
