Never mixed them up, but they do look similar.

On a related note, I find it humorous that apparently enough people mistake Mark Wahlberg and Matt Damon for each other enough, that they have a pact to just go along with it and pretend to be the other when it happens.

Dylan McDermott and Dermot Mulroney

When they were younger and less famous I would confuse Josh Duhamel and Timothy Olyphant.

I don't get them mixed up, but Nick Nolte and Gary Busey are kinda similar. It was actually a running gag for people to mistake Busey for Noltey on his short lived show.

For some reason my mom gets Tom Sizemore and Michael Madsen mixed up.
