Default Land of the Lost (2009) - will you see it?

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0457400/

How do you think this film will turn out? I like the old 70's version of the TV series but to remake it and turn it into a movie?

I am waiting for a CGI film of the smurfs and the snorks to come next

With Ferrell in it? I won't waste my time.... he'll be running around in his underwear, and that my friends is a scary sight.

Yeah, Ferrell makes it an obvious "pass" to me as well.

I just cant believe they are remaking everything from the 70's and 80s or making a sequel. Except alvin and the chipmunks. They came out in the 50's right?

will ferrell is actually a pretty good actor, i myself don't like his comedy, but when he puts himself to for a serious film he does a good job, e.g. stranger than fiction, even though i know alot of people dont like this film.

so yeah im pretty interested as far as they don't try making it funny for some reason.

I had read somewhere that they actually wanted to make a three part Smurfs movie.

It better not happen. Writers have to start making there own plots and story's instead of making sequels and remakes.
