Blu-ray Samurai

Hi, i've found that the Sony compatible list (for Europe) has a few holes in it, so i thought i would drop in games that i have had trouble with on the PS3.
Wipeout 3 - Crashes seconds after race start. Lord Of The Rings: Two Towers -Video won't play. Spiderman 2 - Crashes. Driver 3 - won't load properly. Crashes. Please add to the list, citing if you are in the US or Europe. Thank you. |

Because after all these years, it still works like the day I bought it!
I still know lots of people with their original PS1s also, even though they also have PS2s. |

4 reasons:
- it's modded, so it's the only option for copied PS2 games - it sucks up 250 fewer watts as the PS3, there's environmental and financial benefits there. - the slimline PS2 is not an eye-sore and it's not like to takes up any room. - it will always be 100% compatable with PS2 games forever. 20 years from now when i feel like playing an old favourite will the PS6 be backwards compatable that far back or will i wish i had kept the old PS2? i still have my PS1 for the same reasons. |

The European version of the 60GB PS3 has similar backward compatibility to the current 80GB (part software/part hardware emulation), and that's why some titles don't quite work right. There's no EU equivalent to the US and JP 60GB and 20GB units as far as PS2 compatibility goes.

I still have my PS and PS2, although the PS hasn't been hooked up in years. My PS2 is in a different room than my PS3.
