My old job was picking cases of product from whole pallets and stacking them on a new pallet. I would lift roughly 5 tons of product a day (5 pounds on average per case, 2000 cases in a day). That was a GREAT way for me to get back in shape. Every so often when they are running late, I will go down and help them and throw about 200-300 cases to exercise. It's hard work but it's more fun then just going to a gym to me.

I also voted sex but I walk a lot too so in the end it's a combo of those two

I love my wife's "since we didn't go out and run, we need to get some other exercise in tonight".

Running is a close second to sex as my most common form of workout.

I tend to unload and load a truck with car parts twice a week....try unloading 1 pallet of brake rotors....that enough working out for me also sexx

I run, but less than I used to. Not because I am lazy, but because I started feeling like 'that guy' when I ran at the high school track. I'm 26 now so there is no non-creepy way I can be there with a student.
