Default Any one practice Martial Arts?

I was wondering if anyone here other than myself practices Martial Arts. I am a member of the Modified Karate Club and I take Gracie Barra Jiu Jitsu in Chicago.

I'm sure you'll get replies from a whole bunch of enthusiasts. Usually people on the internet have been practicing Krav Maga, Muay Thai, Jeet Kune Do, or MMA, etc. for much of their lives. It's amazing!

I don't know jack. But I do find it fascinating.

I did for a bit at the Magda Institute, but then the constraints of my job/career, (starting 12hr shifts) got in the way and I had to stop training.

I was in Karate for about 4 years when I was in middle school.

I still remember some of my moves.

Does the Kenpo P90X tape count?

My wife brother is learning BJJ. I want to take a martial arts class but I'm worried about my trick knee.

If your knee can do some kind of trick then maybe you don't need martial arts.

Used to do Tae Kwon Do when I was younger. Haven't kept with it in years though. I wish I had more time in my life right now so I could get into Aikido or Judo. Love both disciplines.

I've been doing karate for a number of years off and on. Started off with Shotokan, and am currently practicing Ryobokai (very similar).
