Madden 09 or NCAA 09? - Blu-ray Forum

Yeah so which one do you prefer? I'm asking this because I plan on getting one or the other. I just wanted to know if which one you think will be better. If any of you have Madden 08, NCAA 08... could you recommend one or the other. Thanks.

I'm voting madden 09

Me and my friends love this game.

I have 20 dollars on my eb games card for store credit...Im using it when madden 09 comes out.

OMG! Madden hasn't changed in like 6 years.. all they do is improve the graphics. Game play sucks, and is not as fun as it was even 4 years ago. I will never buy Madden until it gets a 9.5/10 or better.

On the contrary, I am almost obsessed with college sports, so that would give the edge to the obvious, but the game play in college football is/seems better than the game play is *cough* Madden.

Well i like to watch nfl better than ncaa....on tv....and usually after i watch a nfl game on tv i want to pop madden in and play...or when my friends come over we like to play a game of madden....I never make it thru a whole season..guess i just like the nfl better so i go with madden...i been playing it since super nintendo lol....

And..i could use my eb games card now....but theres nothing out i want really...so i was going to just wait and when madden 09 hits stores...just put that and some cash on it...

Madden all the way. I love the franchise mode, as far as I can remember it goes 30 years, never made it that far though...and building your players' attributes is fun too.

I enjoy both, but the edge goes to NCAA. The recruiting, the rivialries and all the other stuff to me makes it more interesting. I'll probably get both, but i know i'll probably ply the college one more.

NFL is 1,000,000,000,000,000x better than College football so Madden all the way!!!!

I prefer watching the best of the best, not the drafting pool that will be great in a few years...

I am going to skip both since EA has once again screwed the customer. I liked the idea of competition rather than one company holding the reins for the sport. EA has been lacking anything that really justifies buying the same game year after year. Oh boy roster updates but some game for $60, no thanks.

NCAA all the way. I like pro football, but college football is 10x more entertaining!
Can I vote twice? I probably carry enough weight to justify being 2 people.

I like them both. In the NCAA game, its all about recruiting and getting as many 5 star recruits as possible. Playing the game and watching your players improve over 4 yrs is addicting. Then when they graduate, I import the draft class into madden and fill my Viking team with as many Cornhuskers as possible. I am addicted to football!!!

hey its also fun in madden putting in a third string qb exc. and watching them go from 50-60 to like 85-90

I miss Brad Banks, the Hawks haven't been the same since his near Heisman year.
Anyhow, I'll be getting only NCAA this year. I usually buy both but last year I played Madden a couple times and that's it. I really wasn't impressed with the recruiting mode on last year's version. It took longer to recruit than to play a game. Still, I love college football and me and some buddies are already planning an online dynasty.

MADDEN! I played NCAA once 1 or 2 years ago and the graphics sucked .the players looked stretched out. I know that was ps2 and we are talking ps3 or the 360 but still, does not seem like it’s the same quality as madden.
