I still don't buy or accept any of the excuses from last year's PS3 games being needlessly handicapped with a sluggish 30fps and I'm glad to see that kind of nonsense is finally done and over with. For me it made all the difference in the world in terms of timing, responsiveness, and accuracy in the games. It was a critical gameplay issue for me.

I'll be buying Madden for the first time since 2005.

I'll probably get the special edition since it's going to come with Head Coach 09.

Yeah..I'll wait to see if EA handicapped the game on the PS3 in order to get to 60fps.

I never played the first, but 09 is supposed to be improved.

I like the idea of running a team, coaching, etc.
