Madden 09 Or Ncaa 09

I only want to buy 1 of these games as I think they are a waste of money. I don't like the idea that 6 months from the purchase the game will be outdated.

i wish they would make a madden game and an NCAA game and download all the updates each year for a small price. and only release new games with big changes.

also i want to know which one most people will get so i can play more online

anyway which do you think i should get? only one!

Well why would you even buy one then?

I feel the same way as you and I'm getting NCAA over Madden. I just enjoy the feel and the atmosphere of the college game as well as recruiting. I saw some new things in the demo I liked, like the improvement of the frames per second, and I actually saw a receiver drag his feet before going out of bounds.

I think this will be the first year I pass on both titles. Usually NCAA I'll get every other year, and madden every year. But eh, the games just don't do it justice anymore for the price. Like you said, it's a few MINOR improvements and a new roster. I think I'll wait 6 months and then get it for around half the price. I barely even played last years madden. I got bored of it quickly.

I tried trading in an older sports title and they charged a $1 cleaning fee for each disc. The game was only worth 50 cents in trade in value. So I would have had to pay 50 cents for them to take the game off my hands. That's why I don't trade in games to video game places anymore.

i hear what your saying and totally agree with you. Personally the games have been shit since 05 but they are being designed specifically with the PS3 in mind this time and from the demo of NCAA alone i was impressed.

that's the stupidest thing i've ever heard!! they wanted to charge you to take the game off your hands and make an extra 99 cent profit!?

I took a bluray to a different place than gamestop it's called Game Xchange.
they give better money for their games. anyway. the movie was brand new still in the wrapper and they wouldn't take it from me cause they only sell used games/movies. the guy working there said i can't open it in front of him cause he already saw it was not used. i thought that was totally stupid.

i just opened it and took it to a different location. haha. but these game places are really stupid as far as trade in rules.

i agree with you the demo was crap. did you see the crowd!? i think tecmo bowl for the NES rivaled the graphics of the crowd. i know little things like that are kind of stupid to worry about but i want high def graphics!

also the QB kept slipping off the center! i thought it was a false start at first but it kept happening!

If we're talking about past experience, buy NCAA and rent Madden. I hope EA addressed some of the things that were wrong with Madden and didn't screw up anything that didn't need to be messed with in NCAA.

im planning on doing both. Online dynasty in ncaa will be awesome, and me and a group of friends are going to do our fantasy football through madden. Hopefully ea comes through this year and stops being gay.

I plan on getting both because I play the dynasty in NCAA and mostly online and against my friends in Madden. Hopefully, like I said earlier, EA listened to the complaints of everyone about Madden and actually did something about it.
