Ever since my bro made me watch those, I fell in love with them. I wish I can them in HD.

Yeah very good movies. I have The Superbit versions of these movies.There both my must watched DVD's.
I would buy both if they came out on Blu. I'm sure they will both be out on Blu-Ray at some point as there both Sony movies.

There was a rumor last year when they re-issued them that they would try to get them out on Blu Ray soon... we'll see

Maybe when Dark Crystal 2 comes out these will be released. Recently they had there anniversary editions released with no Blu announced.
