If I have a room, that I know is "HOT" right now.... if the components such as projector, receiver, PS3, SACD player, and even Speakers....... are in a room that isn't temp. controlled, how hot can the room be before it starts to harm said components when not in use.....
100 Degrees???? If I put a receiver, not turned on, in a room that is 100 degrees, for an extended period of time, will it harm it? The reason I ask, is my new house has electricity etc... but I don't want to run the A/C etc. while we're not living there, but I want to start moving my stuff over there, and it could be there for a couple months without use.... if it's no big deal, it'd be in my best-interest to move my gear (kids!!) sooner than later, but if I have to wait until the place is temp. controlled, I'd understand. |
