40GB PS3 Concerns

I just bought 40GB PS3 from walmart and haven't opened it yet. Planning to exchange it with 80GB on June 12th, if i get my hands on it. And, I have some questions about 40GB PS3 to help me decide which is a better choice.

40GB questions:
1) Does it have 2 USB ports on the front?

2) Can I use USB hub with it to get more USB ports?

3) Will it read memory cards if I use USB connecting memory card reader?

4) Does it use 65nm now?

5) Is it compatible with Dual Shock Controller 3?

80GB questions:
1) Any one know if these are using 65nm OR 90nm chips?

2) MGS4 Bundle, does it come with 1 OR 2 Dual Shock Controller 3?
