The Madden prediction also saw the Patriots making a second half comeback for the win. It also predicted Tom Brady as MVP, with 335 yards and four touchdowns.

Brady’s actual numbers? Just seven yards short of the prediction with 328 yards passing and four touchdowns. That’s…crazy.

The game also predicted Edelman’s winning touchdown and was surprisingly close in a number of other key stats.

You take those late 80's 49ers, 90's cowboys, 90's 49ers, 90's broncos even the Bills and they smoke the SUPERBOWL winners since 2000! Never compare Brady to Montana! 0 yes 0 interceptions in 4 Superbowls....

That was a great game. Probably the best Super Bowl I've seen since I started watching NFL about 6 years ago. Glad to see Brady get the win after the last two tries came up empty. Seattle is an incredible team and Russell Wilson is very young, I'm sure he's got multiple Super Bowl appearances left in him so I think he's going to get another crack before long. I am also in the camp that says it was a real head scratcher why they didn't hand the ball to Lynch. He knew why he was there.
