Default Strange There Will Be Blood Problem

Hey guys, I'm new here and a relative Blu Ray n00b. I've had my PS3 for about 3 months now and all the games run great. I've watched a few scenes from one of my friends Blu RaY movies (Black Hawk Down and Independence Day) and both looked and ran great. The other day I just bought There Will Be Blood and watched it with my family last night. It looked fantastic and was very pleased with how it looked on our 1080p Samsung, especially with the 120Hz Motion thingy its got.

Anyywho, now to the problem. During about three scenes the movement got extremely jerky and erratic, almost like it was skipping a certain amount of frames, or was lagging or something. I turned the 120 Motion thing off, thinking its a new technology and might be causing trouble (as it occasionally does) but it still continued with it off. I know for a fact that this is not apart of the movie, and am now assuming its the actual disk. I'm planning to exchange it for a new one soon, but I figure ask the experts. Has anyone ever had this problem with this or any other movie and if so what was the solution? Thanks in advance.
