Default Please Help...Strange BD Playback Problem..New Computer!

When I go to play a Blu-Ray Disc it auto-opens the HP MediaSmart Player (I dont think Windows Media Player will play Blu Rays) and it will play for about 5-10 seconds and cancel playback saying

"The Content is Protected. The content is not allowed to play in this display mode."

Do I have to change something in windows to allow this? Or is there a better player I can download to play my Blu rays for free?

I have an HP Pavilion Elite E9120y

8GB DDR3
AMD Phenom II 2.8 ghz
1 TB HD
ATI Radeon HD 4350 512 mb
Vista 64 Bit Home

Blu-ray can only play on one display at a time.
The display *HAS TO BE HDCP COMPLIANT*.
Be sure only one is selected.

Better player software? Yes!
Free? No.

Cyberlink PowerDVD 9 Ultra or ArcSoft TMT 3 are both better.
ArcSoft does have a trial:

NOTE: The ArcSoft trial may not play audio(Dolby) on the lead in or trailers, but will play the main movie fine.

What do you mean by make sure only one is selected? How do I do that? Dumb question I'm sure but I'm new to Vista, let alone the 64 Bit version!

On these VAIO laptops, the combination of Fn + F7 selects display.

I have an HP Desktop though...I just tried the Arcsoft program and got this similar message after a few seconds of playback:

"Your System is not compatible with HDCP, BD Playback is disabled"

What setting do I have to change specifically?

"Your System is not compatible with HDCP, BD Playback is disabled"

What kind of display are you using?
What kind of connection/cable are you using?
