screen cleaning

i put the screen up the other day. then set up the projector popped ina blu ray. the bright scenes is where you can see like streaks or somthing on the screen, but i cleaned with warm water and microfiber towel. still there, is it the screen? can it be fixed? what do you guys use to clean your screen? on a side note, should i get the hd basic disc to calibrate my colors? thanks again guys.
