Was listening to BBC radio 5 live the other day and they had Sir Christopher Frayling as a guest (He did fantastic audio commentaries for both Fistful of Dollars & For a Few Dollars More on dvd) he was asked why there was no audio commentary on the third installment The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, he basically said it was recorded but its being saved for the Blu-ray release!

The Good, the Bad, & the Ugly is one of my favourite films and im just really happy the Blu-ray release is in the works, hopefully with the other two parts

This must be regarding the European DVD releases. He was NOT on the audio commentary for GOOD BAD AND THE UGLY in the U.S. it was Richard Schickel Eastwood's biographer. And it was a great commentary.

Also ... I hope MGM gets its BLU RAY releases together since THEY DON'T DO EXTRAS! So let's not hope for these films on BLU until we know they can get their act together.
