dharma14 Member Member since:Sep 2008	Back of Samsung tv I just got my new Samsung 40" and on the back of the tv is this plastic band, it looks like one of those big plastic ties, but it's taped on the back. What is this? and what is the cover-bottom piece of plastic used for? It came in the bag with the remote. Thanks.
