Blu-ray Baron

![]() ![]() 9/10 Fantastic film and is probably the best Marvel film (although it is not) or right behind Winter Soldier (Good job Fox on not screwing this up). The villains could of been stronger as well as the film could of used more Colossus and Warhead but besides those points, the film is the Deadpool I wanted... with a badass girlfriend who is just as amazing as he is. |

![]() ![]() Okay. This one will not appeal to everyone for sure. So much symbolism. So much to parcel through. It didn't particularly frighten me, but it did make me uneasy at several points. It's worth a look if you are interested and not faint of heart. 3.5/5 |

![]() ![]() The Witch 4.5/5 well crafted horror film. Disturbing and creepy lets you know in the beginning any thing may happen here. Liked the religious tone to it. If your looking for a killer slasher film this isn't it, but if its disturbing you want here it is. Side note the most unsettling thing about it was that people were laughing at some of the more disturbing moments. Wonder about people some times. |

People were laughing during the same scene and others when we went. Think I'm about done going to the movies in the evening. The audience seems to be more considerate during the matinee times.

![]() ![]() Deadpool. 3/5. Trailers I got were Batman V Superman, Suicide Squad and X-Men Apocalypse. I love the character and the X-Men franchise in general but I found the praise for this over inflated. It's not the grand subversion of superhero tropes we've been asking for (Mystery Men, Unbreakable and Watchmen did that years ago) and the romance subplot, though well done and sincere, gets in the way of the gleefully immature side of this film. But it is entertaining and charming enough for me to give it a pass. And hey, with this film's success we can count on two things: More R rated action/superhero flicks and Ryan Reynolds getting a very nice career boost, so that's good! ![]() ![]() Deadpool I don't even know where to begin, i had so much fun with this. Ryan Reynolds is perfect for this character, the x-men characters were fun, great it's R rated, the music, the action, the effects, the story, costume design. It's all great. And then there's the humour. I can't remember having laughed so much for a long time in a cinema. Just right up my alley. The only problem i had was towards the change into Deadpool in which the movie tries too hard to be aware of itself in kind of a bad way. I just couldn't go past that at first. Just a bit too much. But later it becomes less annoying and the movie gets better and better. Overall Deadpool is just a lot of fun. 4/5 I'm curious how this will hold up after a second viewing. ![]() ![]() The Witch (First Time Viewing) 2/5 I honestly don't know what to think of it. I saw the trailer once and that was it. So I didn't have any high expectations. I went merely cause I was bored today and wanted to get out. I guess it was okay. But nothing I feel I would ever watch again. And if I did. It be cause I got it cheap. |

I saw The Finest Hours with Chris Pine. A true story about an ocean rescue which had great F/X, acting, and an amazing story. 4/5
