Just wait a little bit longer. Some orders arrive very quickly, others take up to 4 weeks.

Same here. Just a shame their Kino prices have gone up recently.

I hope these great prices aren't just introductionary offers. It's good though to have someone dealing in overseas BDs again.

I ordered The Vincent Price Collection Vol III mainly for the great price, so my other two Vincent Price box sets won't get lonely. I swore to myself I wouldn't get it unless I could get it at a reasonably price, because the films themselves aren't that great. I also ordered The Taviani Brothers Collection as The Night of the Shooting Stars is an all time favourite (and hugely underrated) film. The first set arrived on or just after the release date, but the second one took a while. However, I got it today, a day after I send them an email. So I'm quite happy.

I think they just fluctuate. They're slowly creeping up at the minute but they seem to change daily. I hope they start going back down again.

Just placed my first order with these guys...couldn't pass up on the great prices and the free shipping to UK! saved £30-40 on my usual monthly pre-order that i place on Amazon/Diabolik/Deep Discount.

Does anyone know how they ship pre-orders? Do they ship them as they are released or send them in one bulk package once all the items in the order have been released?

Starting to sweat RE customers - maybe i should have made split my order over a number of transactions...

They tend to ship things individually, but you won't get stung for customs as they seem to ship a load of orders over together then post them all out from within the UK. There's no customs label/price declaration on their packages.

I've recently had a couple of items ordered together arrive in the same parcel. I guess it depends on stock and release dates. I've had an order with three items ship recently, so it'll be interesting to see how that arrives.

My Criterion Graduate arrived from them today although I'm not sure when it was shipped.

Is it me or is their Order History useless. It doesn't tell you if an item has been shipped let alone a date. I get a shipping email each time but nothing seems to be on the site

However, I have to say that from the 2 orders I've received so far Wow HD may be my first port of call for US pre-orders alongside Amazon.com although the latter adds import charges over a certain amount and Wow bypass that

A little late but in perfect condition. Looking forwarded to watching it this weekend

Has anybody who ordered A Lizard in Woman's Skin when it was on backorder received theirs yet? I got a dispatch at the end of February, and I know I'm still within the 8-15 days, but I just wondered if they were turning up yet.

An anime release I have on my wishlist just dropped by almost £3. When I want "plain" anime releases from Sentai, FUNi, etc., I'll be checking HD WOW and DVD Pacific from now on.

My copy was dispatched on the 22nd of Feb, and it arrived on the 4th of March. I reckon you'll receive it in the next couple of days.

I ordered Creed on blu-ray 3 weeks ago from WOW HD - my first actual order with them

The price quoted and taken was £11.65 delivered.

A few days ago while checking my Paypal accout I noticed that they have cancelled the order and refunded me without letting me know and have now also put the price up to £21 on their site.

I messaged them to complain and was basically told we tough but we will take the matter under advisement.

Cracking way to run a business and safe to say that's my first and last time using them.
