Wall Mount or TV Stand?

Those lag bolts are pretty solid, as long as you hit the stud.

Is this the Simplicity wall mount? I was looking at this the other day and was really contemplating getting it. There was two available a standard tilt model and a swivel, tilt, and extend model, I wanted the latter. If it is it was it easy to install and is it sturdy?
