Fry's 3year Warranty

So I purchased my 32" Sammy LCD about 1 1/2 years ago at fry's. I also purchased a 3 year warranty with it. I have been having a couple issues with it. First i get crackling sounds in speaker. It happens more within the first 10 minutes of turning the tv on, but at times it will do it periodically. Second, the other day it almost looked like some sort of bug was on my tv. As i got closer it turned a really brite blue for about 1 minute then dissapeared. That has happened twice. My question is, with a Fry's Electronics warranty, what do you think will happen and how long should i expect to be without a tv. I just dont have the time to go into a store to ask all of this yet and I was hoping someone on here is more educated in this matter. Thanx in advance!
