The one that gets me is the "three blind mice" scenario.

Here's the scene:

The light is green and the one driver pulls out into the intersection so that they can make a left hand turn when traffic allows.

Light goes yellow and said driver sees that it's safe to go and does so.

The two inconsiderate/illiterate morons behind him follow up to and including after the light has turned green in the opposite direction.

Wow, I can't even fathom that one, down here, we've got neutral grounds between most major roads. One side of it is one direction, the other side is the other direction. The middle part is for left hand turns. It works wonders for traffic control, and protected left hand turns!
