Part 3 is definitely better than part 4; half the fun is that it seems so self-aware of its gratuitous violence, sleaze, and over-the-top characters. One of my new favorite 80s movies. Part 4 was really tame and boring imo. I'd rather watch Angel 1-3 again over that. Need to see part 5 though. Jean Renault and Windom Earle in a Death Wish movie? Sold!
