i went with ghwt just because i have gh3 and the wireless guitar already and i put the guitar in the closet. Rockband just has too many pieces for just me and my gf.

But i see people having fun with both when i go to best buy...So either way you go will be cool.

I picked up GHWT (game only) at a Circuit City that was closing down. 40% off wasn't a bad deal and at least if I slam GHWT, I can back it from having tried it
