It'd be great if AnimEigo could release these on Blu-ray; all they'd have to do is use the encodes from Japan and add their subtitles (which is what they did with their remastered Oh My Goddess!). I don't know how expensive it would be to license the new transfers, though (and get the BD rights).
I hope they release these on Blu-ray as well but knowing that the Industry reps on the aod forums are reading all these anime fans not wanting blu-ray or complaining how most anime fans watch anime on their computers and seem so defiant over blu-ray just bugs the crap out of me. As for these two titles, not sure if Animeigo still has the rights to them and not sure how many licenses they still retain for anime at all.

Btw, were there any extras to the BGC or Riding Bean Japan releases?
