Some years ago I ordered Xenoblade Chronicles OST from them and half of the case was broken. They then made me choose between sending it back (!) to Asia or accepting some $5 coupon.

Now I finally managed to get myself 4-CD jewel cases, so that I was able to replace the broken case. It's actually a nightmare to get such a clear Quad-CD case. Took me years. The ones that are sold most of the time are not clear

I can't say I recall their packaging. I do know I've never had a damaged shipments from them.

I guess I'll see what my La La Land comes in.
