Some years ago I ordered Xenoblade Chronicles OST from them and half of the case was broken. They then made me choose between sending it back (!) to Asia or accepting some $5 coupon.

Now I finally managed to get myself 4-CD jewel cases, so that I was able to replace the broken case. It's actually a nightmare to get such a clear Quad-CD case. Took me years. The ones that are sold most of the time are not clear

I guess I'll see what my La La Land comes in.
I received my full slip. It came in a plastic bag instead of a box, but with more than sufficient bubble wrap. Not as much as Manta, Blufans, Kimchi etc. (which is arguably overkill) but really, more than sufficient protection.

Glad that it arrived in proper condition.

No, seriously. My OldBoy Limited Deluxe Box from a Korean eBay seller came with SOOOO many bubble wrap, but I'm glad that it did, because parcels are not always handled with care and I prefer that over a damaged item. Same for 1-click boxes. Those are way too limited and way too pricey to risk them getting damaged.

I think my Xenoblade soundtrack also came in such a plastic bag with some bubble wrap, but the jewel case still got broken.
