Opinion in The Patriot release....horrible quality

I have read the review on here and noticed video was a 4.7. now to me thats a pretty damn good transfer. So I finally purchased it this past week and watched it. I think the video quality is HORRIBLE. The colors are WAY to saturated and the whole movie was unnecessary grainy. And after reading the review on here i had high expectations. SO i have two questions....

-Is there and possibility of a bad disc? (yes it was THAT bad imo)

-Does anyone else agree with my opinion on the disc and that its just a bad transfer in genral

calibrate your tv with DVE or something similar. if you have calibrated it already, calibrate it again, and again until this movie looks amazing because it looks pretty amazing on mine. if that doesn't work get some professional calibration, there is nothing horrible about the quality of this movie.
