Default How do you download firmware?
I purchased the Panasonic DMP-BD55 for my bf. We have a Samsung 720p. He cannot get a picture through the HDMI cable. We have called Samsung & Panasonic and the only solution is to try using the firmware from Panasonic. They will send us a disc but in the meantime, while we wait for that and decide whether or not to return this, how do you download the firmware?

I can't figure it out and I have tried searching on the Internet to no avail.

This is slightly irritating bc we didn't realize this would be an issue. Unless he's doing something wrong...maybe someone had a solution on that too.
