Hey guys-
Just want to make sure I've got everything set the way it should be. I'm using an Insignia Blu-Ray Player (http://reviews.cnet.com/video-player...tag=mncol;rnav) , and a Sony ss2300 Reciever and speakers. (http://www.testfreaks.com/home-theat...ony-ht-ss2300/) They are connected via a Monster HDMI Cable. On my blu-ray player, the audio menu is set to BD Audio Mode- HD Audio Output HDMI Audio Out- HDMI Multi (LPCM) I haven't adjusted any audio settings on the reciever, because I don't know what to do. When I play a movie, it reads "PCM 48", and I am getting sound from all five speakers and subwoofer. Is this the best sound I can get for this set-up? I'm very happy with how it sounds, but want to make sure it's being pushed as far as it can. ![]() |
