Cleaning the screen on a LN-46A650!

Ok, here is my problem. I had a smudge in the lower right hand corner of the screen. I have had the Monster Screen Clean since my DLP TV, but never really had to use it. I figured since I had it on hand and it was rated for LCD and Plasma TV's I would give it a go.

Well it literally ruined my screen. It made it really cloudy and streaky. I am frantically trying to clean the streaks off. Beside the water and micro-fiber routine. That kind of works but it still leaves a film on the screen.

Any one have a really good idea to clean this type of screen?!
