That's disappointing. I've been waiting all month for this sale ready to drop a $100-$150 and fill out my Kino collection, now I may not even bother.

EDIT: They need to talk to Vinegar Syndrome and hook up with their vendor. They offer Free Shipping if you spend a certain amount, and they actually just decreased all of their Shipping costs to orders to Canada.

Yeah. I'll likely whittle down the small cart I have now to just get over the free ship minimum, but there's really nothing in it I couldn't live without for a good part of the year.

I was personally hoping for Purple Plain, which I passed on back in the August or September sale last year, and which hasn't shown up in another one since.

That's OK. SAE just wrapped up a good soundtrack sale yesterday and I went a little over my budget there, so this one turned out to be kind of a relief.

KLInsider, I just went to your April sale and purchased all of your Bob Hope and Bing Crosby Road to movies, but, I could not find Road to Hong Kong. Did you not do a blu-ray of that one ? Thank you in advance.

Strange that they can't ship Losin' It to Canada either considering Amazon.ca is selling it!?

They have a couple of titles not available in Canada but Amazon will ship it to us. Don't complain and just buy from Amazon! It's Kino that contractually isn't allowed to ship to Canada, not Amazon.

Yeah, was just hoping to grab it for the sale price, as even with the Shipping costs it would still save me a dollar or two. Ah well.

Unfortunately, I have a feeling Curse of the Black Widow is one of these. Kino's very interested in Dan Curtis...can't imagine they wouldn't have tried to get this one...and it is an ABC title.

The choice of titles included in this sale is very strange. The Night Stalker is included in the sale but The Night Strangler isn't?! Huh?! The Night Strangler is the lesser film and would move more units in a sale. No Once Upon a Crime? Another title that would move more units as part of sale. No Spiral Staircase, either.

Thought I was going to be placing a huge order in this sale, but apparently not. I'm sure Kino have their reasons for which titles were included, but those reasons aren't very clear.

But no luck; all remain at their typical prices. Oh well. Just posting a pointless complainy post. Hopefully Black Friday this year will be better!
Well I know I'm going to pick up Table for Five for $5.99 to add to my own personal collection I call "Movies I First Saw As A Kid On Airplanes Series" which also includes the Verdict, Other People's Money, Back Roads, Educating Rita, We're No Angels and Pure Luck.

At one point or another every single title has been on sale, just not all at the same time. So calm down and wait for the next sale in a month or two (three?). Eventually you will be able to find what you are after.

Quick note from support. Due to crazy high volume Authorize.net suspected a fraud situation and didn't allow a handful orders to go through. We have addressed this and orders should go through fine now. You will not be charged for any incomplete orders just placed.

If you had a successful "Thank You" page with an order number, your order is fine.

Sorry for inconvenience. We experience more scammers than you'd believe.

If you'd like to inquire about order, best way to reach us is always via our support form at: https://www.kinolorber.com/customer-service

All is fine now.

Calm down, huh? There's nothing over-the-top in my post. Sensitive much? You must not read the blu-ray.com forums much if you think my post was raving.

Also, Spiral Staircase and Night Strangler have never been on sale for less than $18. No worries, I'll wait till the next sale. I was just ready to give Kino a big order (and chunk of money) for this sale, but it's not to be.

Anyone know how The House That Would Not Die, House of 1000 Dolls, Needful Things, and Summer Lovers are?

Apart from them, I'm thinking of Cherry 2000, Straight to Hell, Let the Corpses Tan, and Mark of Zorro.

I’m pretty sure Spiral Staircase was on sale for around $12 a sale or two ago. That was one I had pre-ordered on Amazon because I had wanted the movie for such a long time, but I remember thinking that I could’ve waited a couple months to get it cheaper with the sale.

Damn, forgot to put The Midnight Man in my order. There's always one that slips the net every sale.

With the Hamilton pricecuts going on simultaneously with this round of Kino sales, I went lighter than usual but pretty much bought what I really wanted:

Cabin Boy $9.99
National Lampoon's Class Renuion $11.99
Losin' It $11.99
Youngblood $10.99
Freeway $7.99
