PSB's or KLIPSCH

I ask because, as others have stated, both are characteristically bright. If you haven't heard them, then it may be worth considering lineups like Quad, Monitor Audio Silver, and Revel Concerta, all of which are more neutral than the PSBs and Klipsch. If you know you like the brighter speakers, however, then you have chosen the right brands.
