Skywalker family as a saga I gather you don't understand or have not seen all 9 films
Then why is Rogue One missing?

*runs away*

There’s no point attaching any meaning to the title. It’s just a way of marketing it because they know they’re planning to make more films so don’t want to call it "The Complete Saga" again.

Many believe that when he vaulted the originals in 1995, the 1997 Special Edition's basically received a new bar code, and a new MPAA number on each of the films, thus eliminating any residuals and payouts he still had to make to Marcia. This would also explain why the original films were added as special features on the 2006 DVD's, and not as the full theatrical presentation itself. This is just a theory and many have, and it would make a lot of sense as to why George refuses to release the theatrical cuts if this were to be true. A lot of money would be made if they were released, and who knows how George might still be able to profit off of the original theatrical cuts if they were released; all that fun legal stuff could make it possible.
I highly doubt money is a concern to Lucas releasing the originals. When he sold Star Wars to Disney in Oct, 2012, he received 2 billion in cash and 2 billion in Disney stock. Who knows what he did with that money, but that 2 billion in Disney stock would be worth around 6.5 billion today as it's averaged about +17.7% a year since the deal. All of this is simply Lucas' "creative" desire and will.

That's like the guy that comes outta nowhere and bolts into a pedestrian crossing during a green light and then shakes his fist at the traffic for not reacting fast enough.
This is the UHD thread and people still haven't learned that it's to discuss the......wait for it.......UHD. There's a movie thread for all the other shit.

then you completely missed the spirit of the post.

also, THERE IS NO DISC YET. So by your set of logic rules, no one should be posting anything at all besides technical information that has been discovered. Yet here we are.

Didn't help Terminator 2 either. HDR can only do so much.

It's not meant to be insulting. Just me chuckling how the subject of Star Wars is so emotive for people. Understandably so. But yeah, people lose their minds over Star Wars, because of how emotionally attached they are to it.

When it comes to Star Wars I think the word you're looking for is "nutcases".

Off the top of my head I can't think of something in a single image i'd say would represent the saga but I certainly wouldn't say the Death Star.
Well, the Death Star is referenced in a lot of the movies: EP II plans for the DS given to Dooku, Ep III we see it at the end, Rogue One (not part of this, I know), Ep IV, Ep VI and Ep IX. It is pretty prominent. But I agree, I wouldn't have put the Death Star on the cover, lol.

I've seen you post some variation of this at least ten times, mostly in the 4K TLJ thread over the last two years. Gotta ask yourself, why you going into Star Wars threads to insult everyone over and over hmmm?

No, I mean specifically on the Skywalker saga movies as a whole. That's what much of the discussion here has been about, and you think it's off topic.

Yup...just read the last pages and see how nuts people sound. Well you'll only realize it if you're not nuts yourself. I go in the UHD threads of Star Wars or any other UHD to read news about the UHD and technical specs and such.

Again, this is the UHD thread, not a movie thread.
