Default Wrong aspect ratio

I have recently bought a new 42" LCD TV after getting rid of my old 32" LCD.. I dont know the exact model, but think it is a OW42 (made by Philips if im not mistaking, bought it because the company, Outwave, who sold it went bankrupt)

Anyways, whenever I see a movie in 1.85:1 it fills the whole screen and shows no black bars at all! It was the exact same problem with my 32"... Not really a problem for me, but I want to see the movie as it is supposed to be, if you know what I mean!

I just followed this guide to see if it helped, but its the same..

I have tried Predator 1 and 2 and Starship Troopers... Does anyone know why I dont have black bars?
