Default Mitsubishi 42313 rear-projection CRT thread

I have had one of these bad boys for about 5 years and was wondering if there are any Mits 42313(or 55313) owners out there who have any cal. settings they'd like to share, or any tips on PQ? Mine are:

Contrast=20
Brightness=40
Color=28
Tint=33
Color Temp=Warm
Sharpness=5
Black level enchance=off
Perfect Color=off
Color balance=all set to center

The max setting on all adjustments is 65, I believe. The way it's set now is a little bright, but the room it's located in is also quite bright for a RPTV. Also, I've removed the Diamond Shield to reduce screen reflections.

I've been wrestling with the idea of paying for a pro cal., but figure that money would be better spent on a new display. I am curious what this TV is capable of, though. DirecTV HD looks great, and Blu's(of course) look awesome! The image isn't quite as sharp as I'd like, but I'm not sure if it's a limitation of the TV or if it just needs to be fully calibrated. I'm sure the screen geometry, focus, convergence(no matter how much you tinker it never seems like enough), and overscan could all be improved.

I am interested to see if there's anyone out there who's been into the service menus or has made their own adjustments? I have the service manual for my model, but I'm not too eager to make changes that I possibly cannot undo, or have the equipment to do properly.

I just ordered the DVE cal. BD and am very excited to get my set tuned up! Up to this point I've just used THX Optimizers or the patterns and such on the Casino Royale BD and other discs. I've never had the color filters or anything to really adjust the color. Needless to say, I'm really eager to get that going! I'm the kind of guy who always wants to see if he can improve the picture, even if it's by just a fraction.

Anyway, would love to hear from anyone who owns this model, or anyone who owns a Mits rear-proj. CRT, or anyone who still uses a rear-proj. CRT.

Thanks!
